this collection is best paired with hardwood floors and green tea. sunny and bright days, open windows and relaxation. add a little love and invite an “alternative” friend over. enjoy.

still nine tracks. they feel good mid-day, especially on saturday afternoons and sunny ones in particular. i'm discovering that there is always a love theme present in this series, and i feel a little swag in this mix. a little bit of bravado, a little showy-offiness at times. we all need to feel that every once in a time.

nine more tracks, each selected for their subject matter and composition.
the songs in this collection came together one evening. never an intentional theme, but there is some love peppered throughout ("fever" + "my high"), but most fun is the instrumentalism ("make some room" + "doo doo" + new word!). enjoy!

this collection has a strong theme of love, either absent or realized (angie stone's "baby" and amel larrieux singing "i don't know). there is also a secondary theme of feeling content, as opened by ledisi's "alright". add a few throwback tracks to tickle fancies (i know you've heard different interpolations of their songs).
